Estate Sale
We host a professional 2 to 4 day sale that attracts buyers of all sorts. Thanks to our large following and loyal regulars, it’s not uncommon to see lines of eager shoppers waiting for the doors to open.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, our team is strategically placed throughout the home to assist customers and protect the integrity of the space. We provide bags and wrapping materials for purchases, making it easy for shoppers to take home their finds. For larger pieces, we coordinate with trusted moving companies and can arrange delivery if needed. In special cases, we’ll bring in traffic attendants to keep everything safe and organized outside the home too.
It’s this level of care and attention to detail that makes our sales stand out — and keeps buyers coming back again and again.
Clean-Out
For clients who opt in to a clean-out, we donate unsold items, remove junk, and leave the home completely empty and ready for its next chapter. Floors are swept, carpets are vacuumed and counters are wiped down. This makes the entire process truly turn-key for our clients — simple, stress-free, and handled with care from start to finish.
Final Details
Within 14 business days after the sale has concluded (usually sooner), you’ll receive a full inventory of sold items, a check for the proceeds, and donation slips for your records
