    We start with a complementary walkthrough to assess the estate and create a tailored plan that will make the process as smooth as possible, so you can focus on what matters most.

  2. Set-Up

    Our team organizes, prices, and prepares your home for the sale with care. We call this a labor of love.

  3. Estate Sale

    We host a professional sale that attracts buyers of all sorts. We have many regulars that come specifically to our sales because of our attention to detail and respect for each home.

  4. Clean-Out

    After the sale, unsold items are donated, junk is removed, and the home is left completely empty and ready for its next chapter. This makes the entire process truly turn-key for our clients — simple, stress-free, and handled with care from start to finish.

  5. Final Details

    You’ll receive a full inventory of sold items, a check for the proceeds, and donation slips for your records.
